Jesus lived, he was crucified in three days he arose from his grave and was seen alive
Crown of thorns, pierced hands and pierced feet
He bled profusely, to the heavens he weeped

Gospel, the true definition of blood money
Be no ones dummy
Believe not in vain for vanity is a fool’s gain
Played by those that do not know themselves
And have masked their shame

You have been redeemed so receive
Stand firm and revisit his word
For when your faith lacks confidence
Let it be reconfirmed

I am no apostle
It is through time that i have learned
My place isn’t earned it simply is
In me He lives

By the grace of God I am
A father, a husband, a son, a lover and friend
This is not in vain I will say it again
By the age of 25 I was told I would cease to live
